- Continuous Monitoring: Ongoing assessment capabilities for evolving infrastructure
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account security and proper usage are shared responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current information during registration and updates
- Authorized Use: Only authorized personnel may access and use your organization's account
- Account Activities: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Professional, lawful use ensures a secure environment for all users
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our service
5. Intellectual Property Rights
© Archmate retains all rights to our platform, while you retain rights to your data
- Our Rights: Archmate owns all rights to the platform, software, reports, and methodologies
- Your Rights: You retain all rights to your AWS configuration data and assessment results
- License to Use: We grant you a non-exclusive license to use our service per your subscription
- Feedback: Any feedback you provide may be used to improve our service without compensation
6. Payment Terms and Billing
Transparent pricing with flexible billing and clear refund policies
- Subscription Plans: Choose from monthly or annual billing cycles with different feature tiers
- Payment Processing: Secure payment processing through industry-standard providers
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle
- Refunds: Pro-rated refunds available for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days
7. Data Security and Privacy

- Liability Cap: Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim
- Excluded Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Termination
Flexible termination options with clear data handling procedures
- Your Right: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
- Our Right: We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms or extended non-payment
- Data Retention: Data will be retained for 90 days post-termination, then permanently deleted
- Effect of Termination: All rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Clear legal framework for resolving any disputes that may arise
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings must be brought in the competent courts of Amman, Jordan
- Arbitration: Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration as an alternative to litigation, in accordance with applicable Jordanian law
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action
